The founding team has 45 combined years in real estate, energy, utilities, renewable energy development, due diligence, offtake agreements, project entity formation, site control, permitting, negotiations, interconnections, tax abatements, project finance, regulatory, incentives, mergers & acquisition, tax equity transactions resulting in over 10+ GW analyzed, 900+ MW of acquisitions, and 500+ MW of operational assets across residential, commercial / industrial, landfill, brownfield and greenfield projects throughout the country, working on end-to-end project delivery and alignment on financial incentives of all counterparties.
